(Legal 02) — Terms of Service

Terms of
Service

These terms govern your use of the RideOrCry website and launch list while we prepare for our first drop.

Effective 5 JULY 2026Last updated 5 JULY 2026

01Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or joining our launch list, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We are currently operating a coming-soon page and these terms will be expanded before our store opens.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to submit your email to our launch list. By signing up, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.

03Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its normal operation.

No abuse
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
No automation
Do not use bots or scripts to submit the sign-up form or scrape the site.
Accurate details
Only submit an email address you own and are entitled to use.

04Intellectual property

The RideOrCry name, logo, designs, text, and all content on this site are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.

05The launch list

Joining our list means you will receive a notification when we launch, along with any early-access details. You can unsubscribe at any time. We make no guarantee about the timing, pricing, or availability of any future products.

06Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you buy from us once we launch, EU and UK law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from most online purchases without giving a reason, alongside rights to goods that are as described and of satisfactory quality.

Right of withdrawal
A 14-day cooling-off period on online orders. See our returns and refunds policies.
Withdrawal function
In line with EU Directive 2023/2673 (in force 19 June 2026), once we sell online to EU consumers we will provide a clearly visible withdrawal button so you can cancel as easily as you ordered.

07Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where RideOrCry is established, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rights you enjoy in your country of residence. The exact governing law and jurisdiction will be confirmed at launch.

08Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, though we work to keep it running smoothly.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RideOrCry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the launch list.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our launch progresses. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

Note: these terms cover our current coming-soon sign-up and are provided for transparency. They are not legal advice and will be reviewed and expanded before our store launches.
